Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Davoren, Joan, Tom, Anne, Mary, Bill, my heartfelt condolences to you all. Mr. Davoren is a beautiful man who cherished his family and lived his faith. A better neighbor and man I can't think of. May you take comfort he is at peace and with you always. My prayers are with you. Mary L. Arend Vogt

Joan and family: My sincere sympathy for your loss. I have many fond memories of Tom and family in Windsor Locks many years ago when Tom was active in the Republican party, and Billy was in a high chair. Years fly, but good memories are constant.

Bill, Mary, Ann, Mrs. Davoren and the entire family: I am very sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of Mr. Davoren, and think of him and the rest of you each time I walk down Bainbridge, which is near my home. I wish you all the best during this difficult time. - Mike Shea (West Hartford, CT)

So sorry for your loss. Out thoughts and prayers are with the whole family.

TO THE DAVORAN FAMILY.. I OFFER MY CONDOLENCES TO ALL OF YOU. I MET MR.& MRS DAVORAN A NUMBER OF TIMES AT CHURCH IN COCO BEACH DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. WE WOULD TALK ABOUT UCONN BASKETBALL AND OTHER SPORTS. I WILL REMEMBER MR. DAVORAN IN MY PRAYERS. DAVE ERSKINE, STONINGTON CONN.

I remember Tom fondly and will keep him in my prayers. Rest in peace, Tom. Sheila Reams, Oakland, Maryland

Mary and Ed and all the Davoren Family, I am so sorry for your loss and wish I could be there in person to offer my condolences and support. I actually have another wake and funeral to attend in Manchester that will prevent me from coming down there. Please know that you and your families are in our hearts and prayers.

On behalf of Principal/Chief Administrator Margaret Williamson and the entire Northwest Catholic High School community, I offer my deepest sympathy on the passing of Thomas Davoren.

Because his children -- Joan Davoren Dowd '73, Tom Davoren '74, Anne Davoren O'Gorman '77, Mary Davoren Kycia '80 and Bill Davoren '85 -- are cherished members of our school family, we feel that Mr. Davoren was, too, and we mourn his death along with all those who loved him.

Please know that we...

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself ... any man's death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.
