Where do I begin?
I have had the honor of working with Mark for 16 years through thick and thin in a business where "positives" and "negatives" abound. He had a tremendous ability to work positively with people through many challenging circumstances. His sense of humor, his code of ethics and his pride in finding solutions for both employees and customers kept a business running in good times and in spite of the bad times.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Denson Family. I was a client of BWC/Maple Ave. and looked forward to seeing/working with Mark. He was a fantastic customer service rep. Even though I didn't know him well I could tell he was a wonderful guy.

I would like to express my condolences to the Denson family. I knew Mark when I was a customer of BWC. He was always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
