Mr. Devine,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the USCG off the coast of South Vietnam during the Vietnam War as a crewmember aboard the USCGC Hamilton(WHEC 715). The Hamilton performed many duties among them interdicting Communist weapon shipments and also providingnaval gunfire support to U.S. and ARVN troops as well. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
