Read MoreI remembered Tom Devine passing through Tunisia around 1962 to 1964 or thereabouts. He was quite an amazing man and I will always think of him when I think of Zapata Oil. Louise Carter, his sister, is in my heart and was a great neighbor and excellent photographer. We knew each other when she lived in Georgetown and then moved to another location in Washington,DC.
