I met Tom prior to my retirement from the Pa Capitol PD when i was assigned to the offices at Strawberry Sq.. Tom would always stop and chat with me, share stories and a joke or two. He was always on the go and i can't ever remember him without a smile. Such a kind, thoughtful and generous person. Tom was an exceptional attorney, person and a friend. I first met him in 1978 in our first days in law school and he continued to be a credit to his profession and more importantly to his family and his community.
