Please accept our deepest and most heartfelt condolences. John and I got to know Tom through our work at the Woburn District Court. He was a true friend. May his memory be eternal. He will be in our hearts, as will you and your family. Marianne Kiklis and John Teeven

I had the pleasure of working with Trooper Devlin when he started the Saturdays RMV details. He was a wonderful man, a proud father, and had deep respect for the uniform. He reminded me of a Teddy Bear behind that Uniform though, because our little conversations when working together all about family. I haven't seen him in years, but I will never ever forget this extraordinary gentleman. Nancy, I am truly sorry for your loss.

I only met him once, but his sister,Mary Devlin Frederickson, was a dear friend, and the best roommate anyone could've ever had.1972......?....Mary, I loved you then, and i love you still, my sympathies to your family.Wonderful family.....LOVE,Franny.V.C.(whitman,Mass.)

To my dear freind Nancy my heart goes out to you and your family. God bless
