Not sure what to say?

I knew Tom from early in freshman year at MTU thru graduate school, medical school, and residency. We kept in touch for a few years after starting our families. Now that I'm retired, I'd planned on getting in touch with him. But now he's gone, and I can't. Bummer, man. I'll think about him every time I look at the the hunk of copper ore he gave me in 1976. See ya on the other side pal.

I have just learned about Tom´s passing. I was a student of his at Michigan Tech. He left an everlasting impression and we kept in touch infrequently throughout the years. I stopped by his place about 10 years ago. I´ll be accepting an induction to Michigan Tech´s College of Computing Honor Academy this fall and was thinking of Tom, his wit, wisdom, friendship, guidance, and how he impacted my life is such a positive way. I wish I could have told him, but hope his family reads this to...

Single Memorial Tree

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

What an honor it has been to know such a great man. Brilliant, kind, caring, and unconventional! He will always be our special Dr. T. We miss you!

I also attended medical school with Tom. I learned the meaning of `spelunking´ from him. It sounds like he had a very happy and full life. My prayers for his family. God bless.

I attended MSU-COM with Tom and graduated with him. I have fond memories and enjoyed reading about his life, work and family. I am sorry for your loss.

I just found out that Doctor Tom passed away on June 8. He was a fantastic gentleman, brilliant person, a good doctor, and and very dear friend of mine. He was a student of mine when he was going to school at Michigan State. He moved away from Michigan to New Mexico where he finished out his career and his life here and in Nevada. Words can´t tell you what he means to me. Very good friend. May God bless him and his family.

My deepest sympathy to your family for your loss. I will miss him and think of him often. He was brilliant and in my observation and opinion a genius. The finest doctor I ever had and I have had so many. He was a wonderful man with tremendous powerful energy and he is with us all. Thank you for sharing such a treasure on this side. See you soon my friend.
