It is with heavy hearts that our family announce the passing of its loving patriarch Thomas Joseph Donahue, Jr., on December 26, 2021. Tom was born to the late Thomas and Asunta Carmela (Petrone) Donahue Sr. in 1947. He was a family man even in his youth, first as the oldest sibling in a large...

Not sure what to say?

I enjoyed talking with Tom at Mass on Sunday mornings at Holy Cross Church. He and I collected donations at each Mass. He was a fine, loving and gentle soul... Now we know who is playing Santa in Heaven! Rest In Peace my friend....

Tom was an awesome guy with a big heart. I know he will be missed by so many. I'm heart broken to hear of his passing. My condolences goes out to the entire family and his friends.

Cousins are friends that you will love forever. Tommy, I will love you forever and never forget your smile and laughter. You are missed Judy

We were so blessed to have been neighbors of the Donahues for over 25 years. We will miss seeing Tom sitting with Michelle and Izzy on the porch or tending to their lawn. We will miss the whistle of greeting and seeing Santa in the neighborhood each December. We will miss brief visits on the porch, across the fence, or on the sidewalk. We could not have asked for better neighbors. Tom, you will forever be a part of the Hill family story and we will miss you.

I´m so sorry to hear about Tom´s passing. I remember the whole Donahue family while growing up in the south end. Sending deepest sympathy to all of you.

Especially when I walk my dog past your house I will miss the talks we had when you were out on your porch

Dear Michelle and Family, Maureen and I were so sorry to learn of the passing of Tom. Tom was such a good friend and neighbor to all on Rittenhouse Terrace. He was always pleasant and willing to lend a helping hand. Tom took pride in the upkeep of the Terrace and his enthusiasm inspired others to follow suit. Additionally, he brought the neighbors together with his famous tag sales. Tom practically gave everything away and described himself as "Mr. Easy." He was "The Face" of Rittenhouse...
