Dear Downs family,

My nephew sent me a copy of Tom's obituary yesterday. My name is Anne Kennedy AKA Chickie Barry. Tom was my first boyfriend in Lotdship and a lovely kind human being. His mom and dad were always so kind and loving to me and my sisters. My youngest sister, Margaret Barry Voit , who is 13 years younger than I, loved visiting the Downs. I hope you are all doing well. My whole family celebrated my 80th birthday and my sister spoke about how wonderful Tommy...

It was my pleasure and honor to have known Tom as a boss and a friend. He was always there to support me through troubled times. Ivy and I will remember his witty charm and his wonderful laugh. We will forever treasure the great boating days with "Windsong" and Tom's devoted wife,Lil. We must always recall the good times we have shared. God Bless
