Growing up across the street from Joe, I think of the times we in the neighborhood played baseball and occasionally hit a tennis ball off his roof. We never worried about Joe coming out to say anything. What I will always remember about Joe is his warm smile. Whenever I would say hello to him his smile would always make me feel welcome. Joe was a great husband, father, and one of the best neighbors I could ever have growing up. I will miss him. -Dave Baker
