The Essex Family weeping may endure for a night, But joy come in the morning be encouraged God only take the best.

I met Mr. Essex and his wife many years ago when I worked with them in a company dealing with laying concrete. I was always impressed with Tom's knowledge and ability to oversee his workers and figure out what was needed to get a job done. I didn't see him for a time, but when we did meet there was a lot of laughter in talking about some of our memories.

I worked with Tom at Tokheim. He trained me to run the lappers, Tom was an expert at the lappers. He was a kind and patient man. My deepest sympathy for your loss. Tim Angel
