Not sure what to say?

I never wrote anything originally because I wasn't sure all I wanted to say. I think of you frequently, Tom. We had so many good times! I could always count on you to lift my spirits if I was having a tough day. I hope you're resting peacefully. No more pain. See you again, my friend.

We got to know each other only slightly over the last few years, but I need people to know I cared and valued that interaction in the short time we knew each other. You were a one of a kind and I always thought a lot of your humor and industriousness. We are all not without our challenges and I know you worked hard to meet yours. Sincere condolences to the family.
May God sustain you at this time
Please find comfort from his word
Where he promises he will
"comfort your heart
and make you firm"
during this time of great loss.
