Read MoreTom was a friend and big brother to me in 1975 when I was a 16 year old kid and in trouble.Tom as my probation officer with the OHC. He always stood by me, ad did so during one of the most emotionally gutting experiences of my youth,. I wish that I had seen him again to thank him for being such an honorable man.
