Not sure what to say?

Hi. I am Sydney Fahringer. Your granddaughter. Your second one I believe. Whenever I think of you, I always start to tear up since I never got to meet you. I know I wouldn't beable to say "I love you" or talk to you at all, but in my heart, I do everything just like that. Just talking/writing about you, makes my heart hurt because I love and miss you so much. I wish you could be here today. Grandma has a boyfriend because she felt lonely. I have heard so many times that you were really funny...

My Dearest Tom,
It has been 3 and 1/2 years since you have passed away. I felt a need to write in the paper for the first time as a dear friend of ours (Frank) just died at the same age as you. I imagine you two can laugh and reminise at your many adventures now just like you and Cuyler and some other dear friends and family who have passed on.
You are in my heart, thoughts and prayers each day. I look at our grandchildren, Jordan Lynne and Sydney Elizabeth and know you are...

Tom, We will miss you. You were a wonderful person, an amazing father, and an adorable grandfather. I recently learned that I could sign this guest book and want to make sure that I do...I always thought so much of you, and you and Betty were always so welcoming to me. From the time when it was just me, to when it was me and Rachel, then to me, Stephen, Rachel, Brendan, David, and Chloe - you always made us feel like family. God bless you and your family. Love, Amanda & Steve Turner, Rachel,...

Dear Betty,
Tom was one of a small number of people who have had a profound influence in my life. I carry his teachings and advice with me every day. I will always cherish the time I spent with him. His passing affected me deeply and I think that is proof of what a great person he was.
Love, Neal & Carolyn Farnung

Dear Betty, Tom Jr and Jennifer,
Thank you for the opportunity to write and give you my deepest sympathies. Tom was a great guy, and I'm sure an inspiration to all those around him. I only wish I had known him better. I'll see you all soon.
Best wishes,
David Moore

We have always counted Tom and Betty
among our dearest friends and think daily of both of you. Our lives have been so enriched by your kindness, generosity, HUMOR and friendship. Hopefully, the four of us will continue to be friends no matter where we are. Betty, we are here for you whenever you need us and we know we can count on you for us too.

I'll always remember Tom as a God sent person just doing what he was suppose to do. May God look after you and your family. Tom will always be in my thoughts and you and your family will be in my prayers.

Dear Betty -

As you know Tom and I enjoyed playing "Dueling Literature" - Tom with his READING (!) of the dictionary and me with my obsessive - albeit sophomoric - love of poetry. With that in mind I would like to offer the following to you by way of some slight condolence ......perhaps.

The English poet, Alfred, Lord Tennyson, wrote an epic poem, "In Memoriam, A.H.H." which is the recounting of Tennyson's attempt to deal with the unexpected death of a lifelong...

Dear Betty and family,
Words simply cannot express our deep sorrow after learning of Tom's passing. Our relationship with you and Tom began on a professional basis many years ago and quickly blossomed into a very cherished and true personal friendship. I truly loved him very much. I will miss Tom's friendship, jokes, and laughter.I hope Tom scopes out all the best golf courses and fishing spots in heaven so he can show me around when my time comes to join him. From my entire family and...
