Thomas was born on October 12, 1934 and passed away on Friday, April 26, 2019. Thomas was a resident of Washington, Missouri at the time of passing. Visitation for 84-year-old Tom Fenner will be held Thursday May 2, 2019 from 4-7 p.m. at The Presbyterian Church of Washington. Memorial service will be held Friday May 3, 2019 at 10 a.m. at The Presbyterian Church of Washington. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to The Presbyterian Church of Washington, The Friends Foundation or Exceptional Equestrians.
