Not sure what to say?

Tom was a close friend of mine. We shared many YPO and other experiences together. I miss Tom very much.

Melinda: I just shared with you and Tom about the passing of my husband. I am shocked at Tom’s passing . He loved you so much with a sparkle in his eye whenever he mentioned you. I’m sure you have my phone number, please do call when you feel like talking. May the Lord be with you now and the days ahead, may He comfort you in your loss as well as Jennifer and Tim.

Melinda, Bob and I want to say how surprised and sorry we were to hear about Tom’s death. We hope that your lifetime of memories will help you get through this difficult time.

So sorry to hear about Tom! Our sympathy and prayers to Melinda and family.

It's hard to think that Tom is gone. I first met Tom in 7th grade math class and we just hit it off. We took red cross lifesaving lessons together, played on the Jr. high golf team (Tom was a lot better at the game than I was), pedaled our bicycles out to Lake in the Woods garden nursery on Stephenson Street Rd. to jump from the rocks into the pond to cool off on hot summer days. Melinda so sorry for your loss. Tom was such a kind patient man. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss, Melinda and family. I extend my deepest sympathy and condolences. I worked for Tom when he was Vice President of Newell in Freeport. He was one of the great bosses I had over the years and brought so much to the company and to all that knew him. I learned a lot from him. He will be greatly missed. Best wishes and prayers to you all. God Bless. Cathy (Mandt) Berg Rapid City, SD

I am so sorry for your loss! Tom will be greatly missed by his family, friends and the Freeport community as a whole! He was a very good man! Ann Pate

Our condolences to Melinda and his family. He contributed so much to Freeport, both in the community at large and with his leadership at Newell. He will be missed by so many.
