Not sure what to say?

Tom was such a great man! My sympathies to Melinda and the family.

Tommy and I lived across the street from each other on Benton Street in Freeport. He always bested me in our dirt circle of shooting marbles! Rest in peace Tom. Bill

I met Tom on our first day of kindergarten at Henney School. I moved the next year and didn’t see him again until Junior High. But I didn’t forget him. Who could? Tom drew you to him with his kind, benevolent spirit and easy smile. We had a bond that began in kindergarten. Melinda, please know I am just a phone call away. Day or night!

I was a classmate of Tom's at Freeport High School. My husband & I were happy to reconnect with Tom & Melinda in Chicago via friends who were involved in a YPO group. He was definitely an accomplished man, who made his mark on Freeport, & will be very much missed. Our condolences go to his family.

My sincere condolences, Melinda, to you and your family. I have many memories of Tom (and you) from the 60's and 70's. Tom was a fun-loving and caring person and I am sure you will miss him greatly.

I rememer Tom's folks from zion church and Tom from school

My mom, Mable Gross (Louthain) was Tom's secretary for years at Newell. She enjoyed working for him. My condolences to his family. My you find peace in your memories.

I've known Tom ever since Junior high school. It was such a shock when I first heard about his passing. My sincerest condolences go out to Melinda and family.

Melinda and family, my thoughts are with you. You and Tom were good neighbors for many years.
