Not sure what to say?

We were saddened to hear of your loss. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I only met Tom a couple of times through Dave and Jennifer Fielding. It was very obvious to me, what kind of impact he had on Dave's life and I'm sure many others. I don't think I've ever seen anyone brighten or be as excited, the way Dave would if he talked about or was with his brother. I am truly sorry for the Fielding's loss.

To the Fielding Family:
Tom and I met when we were 7 years old. My family moved to Sleepy Hollow, Illinois, several doors down from the Fielding family. We stayed friends all through high school. Unfortunately, we lost contact during our college years, but reconnected in 1980. (Joni, you probably don't remember but I was one of your first visitors in Atlanta.) Since 1980, Tom called me every year on my birthday. He never forgot...Never. Since I was a few weeks older than him he enjoyed...

I knew Tom from noontime basketball and would play with him in the evening leagues. Every few months I would bring my young son along and Tom would always take the time to talk with him and give him pointers on how to shoot baskets. He will be deeply missed.

To Joni and Family,

I cannot adequately express how truly saddened I am for your loss.

I worked for Tom for several years many years ago at Buchtal, it was my first job out of college. Tom had a great influence on me and my future success. Few days go by that I don't find myself reminded of Tom when I hear myself saying something to one of our employees that I learned from him.

It was an honor and a pleasure to have have known Tom.

...

To the Fielding Family,
I had only met Tom once at our facilty opening, and was very saddened to hear the news of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

To The Fielding Family.
I went to school with Tom from first grade until the day we graduated from High School. He was always a great friend to everyone. He never had anything bad to say about anyone. He was the kind of friend that you remember all your life. And that will never change.
Please accept my deepest sympathy. he will truly be missed by all that knew him
