Tommy was a great friend to me when we were both in High School-He at Mater Christie and myself at Bishop Reilly(now St. Francis Prep.). He was dating one of my best friends back then, Suzanne Ponzini, but he always had time to listen to me and make me laugh. I cannot believe I'll never see him again, and it's ironic since I had been thinking about him a lot, lately. We're planning a 40th reunion and I was planning to try & get in touch with him and invite him to go.

I will always remember Tom for hisbasketball coaching skills, his kindness and his smile. Growing up in St. Sebastian's playing basketball, he always had a positive comment or a bit of instruction on how to do something better. I remember a CYO playoff game where he was rooting us on from the stands and gave me confidence when I had to take numerous foul shots at the end of the game.
