On so few occasions in life does one smile when reading an obituary. But I think many of us feel the same way---you can't help but smile when you think of Herkey. As short of a time as it was, I always enjoyed my evenings watching Judge Wapner with Herkey. Thank goodness the fruit does not fall far from the tree! J Foley
