I have fond memories of working the movie detail in the '90's as a young sergeant. Tom made it happen. Always a gentleman, he will be truly missed. May his memory be eternal.

To the family of Tom Flanagan: Please accept my condolences for the loss of your brother, uncle and great-uncle. I worked with Tom and the Chicago Film Office on several films, while I was employed at the Water Department. He was always very friendly, helpful and a great person to work with.
