It is with fondness and sadness that I remember my friend Tom Flanders. In each encounter at the Post Office, First Presbyterian, or on the golf course, he always had a smile, and always called me "Roscoe". I will miss him. To Sally and Mildred, may God's spirit comfort you during this difficult time. Our prayers are with you and your family.

With genuine sadness, I learned today of the passing of a friend of so many years ago. Tommy Flanders and I spent many, many hours fishing and hunting as boys. His family's cabin at Lake of The Pines was the focal point of so many times, both day and night,fishing with all the typical 'stories' that young boys tell and re-tell. Our paths haven't crossed in many years, but learning of his passing instantly brought back so many fond memories. May God rest his soul and bless his family. ...
