Thomas Ray Foreman, Sr. Rayne - Funeral services will be held at Indian Bayou Methodist Church, Sunday, December 21, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. for Thomas Ray Foreman,Sr., 70, who died Thursday, December 18, 2008. Interment will be in the Indian Bayou Methodist Cemetery, Indian Bayou. Surviving are mother of his children, Pearl G. Foreman; two sons, Thomas Ray Foreman, Jr. and companion Merandia Bourque and her daughter Brooke Duhon, of Ridge, Guy Anthony Foreman, Sr. and companion Colette LeJeune and son Van Romero, of Ridge; one daughter, Simone Rae Duhon and husband Brock, of Ridge; step son, Terry Perrodin, of Ridge; seven grandchildren, Justin Ray Foreman, Rayne, LA, Braxton Ray Foreman, Ridge LA, Guy Anthony Foreman, Jr., Rayne, LA, Nichole Renee Foreman Lopez, Indian Bayou, LA, Hayley Rae Foreman, Ridge, LA, Gracie Lauren Duhon, Ridge, LA, Brice Anthony Duhon, Ridge, LA, six great-grandchildren, Adam P. Foreman, Dylan Anthony Foreman, Lexxi Nichole Foreman, Claude Hollis Gooch, III, Haylen James Lopez and Elizabeth Pearl Lopez.; Mr. Foreman's companion, Jeanne Ryder Touchet, Ridge, LA, and her children, Sheila T. Hardy, Layne and Chase Hardy all of Lafayette, LA, Cindy T. Huval, her husband Ross of Lafayette, LA, Stephanie T. Doucet, her husband Craig of Alexandria, LA and their children Bailey and Casey, Stacey Touchet, Lafayette, LA; his brothers Leon R. Foreman, Indian Bayou, LA, Lester E. Foreman, Indian Bayou, LA, Sue F. Cole, Ridge, LA, Darryl Foreman, Ridge, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cornelius Nealie Foreman and Vera Berke Foreman, two brothers Ralph Foreman and Paul Foreman and one sister Betty F. Hanks . He was born Monday, October 3, 1938 in Indian Bayou, LA, Son of the late Cornelius Nealie Foreman,Sr. and the late Vera Berke. Our daddy and Papa will be sadly missed by his children that he dearly loved. He will be missed by his grandchildren who he loved so dearly. All who knew him always will remember the cookouts at the camp. He was a fun and loving man. His brothers and sister will mis him dearly, he was the one who kept their family together and close. By the continuious planning of the Foreman and Burke Reunions. Tom had an enormous love for horses. The love started and ended his days with the race horses. He was a retired marine and boy, did we hear the great stories of his days in the Marines. We all will miss the great stories of his younger days with his children, siblings, nephews, neices and friends. Tom was a member of the Indian Bayou United Methodist Church. Papa we will miss you and We Love You. Pallbearers will be Danny Foreman, Richard Cole, Ricky Foreman, Kimmy Bourque, Van Romero, Chris Crapell. Honorary pallbearers will be all of his precious grand children. Friends will be received Saturday, December 20, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 21, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. until service time at the at the Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, LA.
