Not sure what to say?

To the Foster Family, Tom is still remembered by me as a good person, a loving person, a family friend and a great lawyer. He has no idea how the legal services he provided to me anc my family served us many years after his passing. Rest in Paradise and know that Tom is STILL loved and missed.

Donna and family, Just wanted to share with you that I am thankful for having the opportunity to know Tom. His influence will continue to have a positive affect on my life as I think of him often. Rick Kirchner

To Donna and family, I have known Tom for many, many years. He and my grandmother, the late Mrs Orrie Pearl Henderson were great friends with Tom doing the prayer at her service and making a monetary donation to the BTU at her church afterwards in her name. Many years after her passing he still provided friendship and legal services to our family. I last talked to him in 2012 but we were unable to meet due to scheduling. He was a good person, a believer in God and he loved his family. I can...

It was my extreme pleasure to have known Tom as my daughter Holly's father-in law and friend for the past 20 years The engagement and marriage of his son Brannon and our daughter Holly brought us together in Birmingham. He always had a repertoire of jokes or funny comments that he would come up with in any social situation. They actually were pretty funny and never failed to make people laugh. He lived for Alabama football and was a huge "Roll Tide fan. At least he should be able to...

Tom was a friend and fraternity brother. He was a giant in his industry. We will all miss him, many knew of his health situation but it was still a shock and sadness when he passed to the heavens

The Whilden Family send condolences to Danna and Tom for your loss. You will be in our thoughts and prayers in the coming days. He was loved by all of the Whilden children especially.

It was a pleasure for me to play doubles tennis with Tom on Saturday mornings, one of the kindest men I have know. My condolences to his family.

Laney and family - I was so sorry to hear of his passing, as inevitable as it would be. Talladega raised some of the best folks I ever knew. Tommy was one of those. Love to all of you.

Condolences to the family in your loss. I knew Tom professionally as a fellow lawyer. I had a law office on 21st Street North across 2 streets from Tom's office on 19th Street. Occasionall, when I had a real estate problem, I called Tom for advice. He was always available and helpful which I gratefully appreciate. He was a tribute to the legal profession.
