Reverend Thomas M. Foye

Tom Foye and Tom Conheeney shared much in common. Both born in 1928, in Jersey City, they were both ordained in and served the Archdiocese of Newark for 59 years, much of their priesthood serving Bayonne, they shared their friendship but also fellowship as Friends of Bill, and lastly, they both passed in 2014. The Conheeney and Weatherall families send their condolences to the Foye's. Both men have surely received their inheritance in God's heavenly Kingdom.

I worked at the rectory on Sundays and Father Foye would always have me check the golf scores. Those memories always bring a smile to my face. Rest in Peace Father.

I was a parishener
I belonged to St. Andrew Parish when Fr. Foye arrived. Lord have mercy.

Fr. Tom was the best parish priest for all us teenagers in the 50's and 60's at St. Andrews Parish. We will never forget the great example he set for all of us! Visiting St. Henry's while in Bayonne during the past years was a special experience when Fr. Tom said the Mass.

Father you brought me much joy for the many years I had known you. I will miss our diner breakfasts! You are always in my heart. Love you forever <3
