Thomas L. Frank

I was deeply saddened when I heard of Tom´s passing. I was Tom´s legal assistant for 11 years. As so many people knew he was an extremely kind and generous man, always there to help the less fortunate in our community. He was a great attorney and mentor to so many. Yes, he was a very assertive man when he needed to be, but those that really knew him knew of his kind heart. He always stayed close to my family even after I had left his employ. He was like a big brother to me and I will always...

Am grateful to Tom Frank for the support he gave SUNA during the 1970s, Saginaw United Neighborhoods Association, which made a big difference in my young life.

Always took the time to say hello or just wave with a smile. From my teens to almost 50 now. It was always nice to run into him.
People from our City have a huge respect for him and all the work he has done in Law.
