Debbie and Family, It is with a heavy heart, I offer my sincerest condolences. Tom was a mentor and friend to so many officers. A man of integrity, courage and rectitude. One of the finest Police Officers/gentlemen I have ever met. He will be missed. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
