Not sure what to say?

I worked with Tom for 14 years in Piscataway, NJ and not only was he a wonderful boss he was also a true friend. Tom you will be missed. My deepest sympathy goes out to Sylvia, Thomas and to the rest of his family.

To the Ginch Family,

I wish there was some way to package the unselfish acts of kindness that Tom had openly, without hestitation, conveyed on everyone he met. I worked with Tom at Anthem and everyday he was devoted to his job, his family and friends, and to his beautiful son - Thomas. The pictures of his son that were displayed all over his desk was just one example of how truely PROUD he was of his son.
I am so grateful to have been blessed with such a wonderful man....

To the Ginch Family,

I knew Tom for what now seems like a very short while. I worked with him at Anthem for several years and could always count on his smile and a warm gesture no matter what other pressing issues he may have had on his plate. (And he had many) He always kept me abrest on the best movies to see, the most though provoking Broadway plays, or the ever popular Disney World vacations. Taking a lifetime into consideration, I knew him only briefly. But I am thankful...

I can honestly say I don't think I will ever meet someone else like Tom. He was one of a kind and I was lucky to have known him both as a co-worker and friend. My thoughts are with his family and loved ones.

I have worked with Tom for 6 years, he was the most devoted man i have ever met. hard working ,Pleasant,He motivated everyone always did a fabulous job on Cutomer service week for us. He organizied all the activies and holidays for the employes and our children. He will deeply be missed.
My Sympathy's to all the family. My prayers are with all of you. God Bless all of your family.
