Not sure what to say?

I am very saddened to hear of Thomas' accident. I am his dental hygienist at Dr. Ted Strickland's office in Rocky Mount and the whole staff extends our very sincerest sympathy. He was a friend of mine-not only a patient and I will miss him very much. He was such a kind person and always very concerned about me and my struggles and it meant a lot to me. I know all who knew him will miss him. His life was over much sooner than any ever expected which makes it very hard. My love to all the family.

I want to extend our deepest sympathy to your family. Mr. Gorham was a hard working individual and loved his family. Our prayers are with all of you.
Butch and Jean Smith and family

I went to North Edgecombe with all of "the Gorham girls" and graduated in 1966. My maiden name was "Blackmon" and was from Whitakers. I was so sorry to hear about Tom's death. Our thoughts & prayers are with you.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

As a farm reporter at the Evening Telegram, later at WRAL-TV, I covered numerous stories about him, as well as his daughters, who won many awards in 4-H livestock...
