Not sure what to say?

"For the Lord does not abandon anyone forever. Though he brings grief, he also shows compassion according to the greatness of his unfailing love." Words can not describe the man that we have all lost he, to all was a sweet and kind man, always willing to go the extra mile for anyone, smiling, Tom was always smiling even at his worst, he always smiled when I visited, and never showed any sign of fear. Tom Gramme is in the hands of our Savior now, and one day I know all his family will be with...

To everyone who was ever a part of Tom's life I want to thank you from the boom of my heart. Tom was one of the most kindest persons I ever came in contact with and the only person that I can see that was kinder was his wife Misty. She gave everything she had to supporting my brother. I will miss Tom for the rest of my life as will all of his family. To the people that knew he was sick and were able to assist in helping Misty get to and from the hospital, You mean the world to me because...

Tom is my little brother. There are really no words to describe how heartbreaking it is, now that he is gone. I do know this much, he is with God & Dad. So, I am at peace that I have that in my heart. He is being taken care of by those up-above. His suffering is over. Now I belive that Dad & Tom are catching up on some golf. Tom also played golf. I love him & I will miss him, until I see him again. Watch over us Tom. You're my little HERO!!! All my love always, B.J.

To Misty, the boys, the Lawrence family,& the Gramme family. I just wanted to share some memories of Tom with all of you. Tom loved to play volleyball. The night of his transplant, I shook his hand & said good luck. He looked at me and said " I'll be back". A few weeks later, Tom was at a rehab. hospital in Schaumburg. Barb & I went out to see...

Tom is in our hearts and prayers. We will never forget him. All our love to the Gramme family.
