I'm sorry I didn't spell Mr G name correctly there was a Mr Guthrie at school. But tom has and will remain my favorite teacher of all times. I've gotten a greater appreciation for Elvis as well over the years. Thank you Mr G.for your place in my life

My deepest sympathy to the family. He was one of my favorite teachers at RHS ( class of 77)... we all loved him, and I have all good memories of my time at school with him.

Mr Guthrie was my teacher at ridgway high. We would listen to Elvis at lunch time. He trated me great especially after my mom passed away when I was in ninth grade. I've never forgotten him. My boys also had him in school years later and loved him too. I know that God himself will be at the gates to welcome him to heaven.
