Dear Polly, Pete, Jill, Tom, and Mrs. H.,
You are in my thoughts and prayers. Meeting you and your parents is a fond memory of my late teens and young adult years, as I got to know you and your family, as one of Polly's college roomates. Guests at "the cottage" were treated like royalty, with gourmet meals, boat rides, and fishing expeditions, and above all, great fellowship. Mr. H. was a great guy; respected and admired by all "us kids".

Dear Jill, Tommy, Polly, Pete and Mrs. Haertel......My sympathy is with you all at this time. Your father was always so sweet and kind. He always put up with me hanging out at your house. He always said, "Hi, Barbie" when he arrived home from work. He even let me eat mulberries out of your tree and let me skate on your ice skating rink in your backyard. What a wonderful home he gave you..so beautiful in every way. My parents had a special fondness for your mom and dad, as did I. I miss...

Dennis& Gloria Casey Pete & Judy we are so sorry to hear of your great loss, your father was a very nice man and we enjoyed talking to him and your mother. remember he is in heaven now and looking down on his family with great pride take care.

Tom was my locker mate all through high school. He was a very close friend and truly a great guy. We will all miss him.
