We are so sorry for your loss. We knew Tom from Austin and also moved to Galveston in 2019. We live in Terramar, where the accident took place. Tom was our landlord in college and then later after we were married did our kitchen remodel of our Austin home. He was a gifted craftsman and such a wonderful guy. Scott and Susie Calvin

We are so sad for the loss of this great man. We live in Terramar and have watched bike riders passing our house on 3005 for years. When I stepped on to my porch shortly after the accident, I knew something was terribly wrong. I am trying to take comfort in knowing that Tom died doing something he enjoyed. Within 30 mins of the accident, 30-40mph winds and a cooling rain storm passed. It felt like "something" to us as we sat crying and hugging each other on our deck. My daughters and I placed...
