Sad to see Sgt. Halpin leave us. A wonderful man, father to my brother in law. Always enjoyed his family manner and a comfortable piety. Met his son Tom about 1967 when he began dating Maureen, my sister. A comfortable "Mother" to his wife Marguerite, often closed a household or family matter. He's missed and warmly remembered.
