He is survived by his brother, Michael Fox; four nieces and nephews, Joey, Tara, Chris and Tammy; and several great-nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to SCAN (Stop Child Abuse and Neglect), 500 W. Main St., Ft. Wayne, Ind. 46802. Bliley's is assisting the family with arrangements.

To the family of Tommy Harper.
When I was informed of the passing of Tommy in March it filled me and all our VCU Physical Plant team members with great sadness. Tommy was part of our family and his memory will be with us forever.
