Mrs. Harris, Deepest sympathies to you and your family. In Dec. 1973 I graduated from the RI Municipal Police Training Academy with Tom. Over 50 years ago. I retired from the Woonsocket Police Dept. in 1993 after 20 years of service. If my memory serves me correctly I recall Brunelle, Montiero, and Cloutier as graduating on that day. Knew Tom from Indian Rock Acres and Pawtucket for ever. So sorry for your loss. He was a good guy, though I haven't seen him in years.
