Not sure what to say?

Mr. Hauck was my mentor teacher during my student teaching. I thank him for the start of my long career as a math teacher in Billings Public Schools. Sad to hear of his passing!

I first met Tom in Butte when I was a sophomore second string QB and Tom was an All-State center. He was a great guy and natural leader. True as the North Star. RIP my friend. Jerry Olds

It was such an honor to know this wonderful man. My family always loved his quiet strength and his friendly manner. It was always about sports - but it was also about kindness and dignity and humor. We will miss him so much. Best wishes to the Hauck family.

Tom was a kind and gentle person. He loved teaching and coaching. He was loyal and hard working. I was honored to work with him for many years at Billings Senior and at Rocky Mountain College.

Mr. Hauck was my defensive coordinator from 1977-79 when we won the state championship. He was a wonderful person and coach and I learned a lot about life and discipline from him. Jon Rogers

He was friendly, kind and patient with us Griz alum and fans who didn't play football !!! God bless Tom and his...

R.I.P., Tom. I enjoyed getting to know you as a colleague at Billings Senior High. You set a positive example for students and fellow teachers alike.

My sincere condolences. I taught with Tom at Billings Senior High School.

Tom was a respected and beloved teacher and coach at Billings Senior Highschool by both the faculty and students. I am pleased and honored to have known and served with him. Leo Wohler
