Not sure what to say?

I've been away from Ohio for thirty six years, but have never been so sad to hear about such a wonderful man {just read his guest book}, going home to Heaven at the age of fifty. Please know that my prayers will be for the family for a long, long time, especially Tom's Mother, children and my nieces Kim and Kay that I know loved and respected Tom as if he were their brother. God bless you all. God takes the best with Him, just some earlier than others.

Hazard Family-Tom started out being my manager but became my friend/ I am so glad to have had the honor of knowing him,to know him was to love him.

Dear Hazard Family
I only learned of Tom's passing last night while speaking with a cashier at Ellet Acme. My heart dropped. I had the pleasure of working with Tom about 17 years ago at the Stow/Kent Acme. He was a wonderful manager who always had a smile on his face and a joke to share. I just wanted to send a prayer to your family and to let you know he touched my life. God bless.

So sorry to hear of Tommy's passing. In all those early years at Moore, through high school and band, I don't know that I ever knew
Tom to be cranky or mean. He was always the kind of guy you could count on to lift you up and make you smile. I pray for comfort for you all as you must miss him immeasurably.

You have my deepest sympathies.
Tom was a few years behind me at Moore Memorial Youth group.

I met Tom way back when we were in grade school. We were the best of friends all the way through high school. We stayed in touch even after we grew up and started our families. I regret that in the last few years that I didn't keep in touch with Tom. Of all of the people that I've known in my life, Tom was the most friendly and helpful person of them all. I will truly miss Tom, his great humor, and his love for life and his fellow man. My deepest condolences to his family and friends for the...

I had the pleasure of working with Tom at Acme 14. I truly can't remember, ever, seeing Tom without a smile on his face. Even through his hardest times, he always had a smile and an uplifting outlook. He will be sadly missed. My heart felt sympathies and prayers go out to his family. Your wonderful memories of Tom will give you comfort. I know he will be watching over his children, he loves them so dearly.

A number of years ago, Tom was working in the Norton Acme store. I was in buying groceries when he came up to me and introduced himself. I was quite impressed, as you see, I had had Tom back in '71-'72 when he was in my 8th grade math class at U.L.L.! Very nice person and I know he will be missed by family and close friends. With deepest sympathy to you all.
