My deepest sympathy to the Henderson family. Tom was a great friend and he will be missed. I grew up with Tom and went to grammar school and high school with him. I had plenty of good memories of Tom from the Jersey shore to just hanging out in his basement. He was the "good times" organizer.

Fond memories of Tom from Sacred Heart, The Prep and Montrose St. Truly, one of the "Good Guys!" God Bless Him!

I knew Tom since 1968; he went out of his way to welcome me to the neighborhood in the Vailsburg section of Newark when my family moved there. Tom and I were 13 years old at the time. Even then he had lots of personality and charisma!
He was the kind of guy who always had your back; intensely loyal. I know he was proud of his daughter, his family, and the significant accomplishments he achieved in...

So sorry to hear about Tom. Our family lived down the street from them growing up on Montrose Street in Vailsburg ~ such a wonderful family:) Sending love & prayers during this difficult time.

I am thinking and praying for all the Hendersons. I have very fond memories of Tom from our days on Montrose St.
