Being a teacher seems to have become a footnote to Tom's many accomplishments. But that's how I knew him - I had him for third grade at Squadron Line and I remember him as one of my favorite teachers, encouraging my love of writing. I am very sorry to hear of his passing.

To my extended 2nd Family the Entire Herlihy Family - Working with Tom for more than 17 years I got to know Tom on a personal and business level - we had some great times and some sad times but our friendship and his generosity will always live on - May he rest in peace - I love you my friend
