Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. Hobbs,
I haven't had the privilege of meeting you, but I have met Dr. Hobbs in persn and had worked with him on several patients he sent to treatment at MARR in Atlanta where I work. We shared a few experiences that were common, his love for family, working with addicted individuals, and hunting. He is a great man and I will miss him. Sincerely Rick McKain

Dear Judy,
Sally and I were saddened to hear of your lose. Knowing Tom for more than 30 years was a wonderful experience. I fondly(?) remember being stranded on an island in Canada with Tom. We shared some deep prayers that day.
Our prayers are with you and your family today.
Scott

Mrs. Hobbs and Family,

Many, many years ago Dr. Hobbs saved my husband's life. My hubby is a stubborn man, but Dr. Hobbs convinced him it was mandatory to get right to the hospital. In his conversation with me that day he was very kind, informative and adamant that without hospitalization my husband's aneurysm could cause instant death. Without his expertise, "gentle" persuasion and kindness my husband would not be with us today.

I will forever be greatful to...

Tom was a wonderful person, a fine doctor and a good friend. He will be missed, but the memories of the times we spent at IDAA, ASAM and Southern Coastal will always remain. My support and love to Judy

Tom was a wonderful friend and will be missed. He was an incredibly giving person and always available to those of us in recovery. He will be missed by all in IDAA to which he was such a great contribtor.

Judy,
I know I only meet you once, but it was an honor for me to have that day with Tom. I am truly sorry for your loss, and you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Few people have the ability to alter the course of a human life the way that Tom did on a daily basis. My heart felt sympathy for his family.

Dear Judy and family,
Please accept my sincere condolences in the loss of Tom. He was unique in his profession as a counselor to his peers and patients. His knowledge of medicine as it applied to addiction will be missed by the medical profession as well as those individuals he guided to a better life. I pray you all find peace as you grieve your loss. God loves you and so do I.

Dear Judy and family.

I am very sorry for your loss and you are all in my prayers. Tom was a part of my life for over twenty years and we spoke often. I consider that relationship with both of you as very special and I will remember the fun we had at many different conferences. Tom will be missed by many but remembered by all who knew him. If there is anything I can do for you Judy, please do not hesitate to contact me.
