Not sure what to say?

Well , I have quite a few memories from working with Tom at Lens Crafters I only had a year with him but he was truly a good person that I felt comfortable talking with ,but he was to me hard to figure out as well. That being said we all picked names out of a bowl for Secret Santa and strangely we both got each other. He didn't put much on his questioner about what he liked and I couldn't read his writing definitely a doctor!!! So I had to sneak around and ask Steff to look at what he wrote...

The world lost something with this man. He always had jokes was always stubborn and thoughtful all at the same time. Always willing to talk and teach. My heart goes out to you. My husband´s a Cubs fan and said he was the only Cardinals fan he liked... wish Tom could see that ! He was a league of his own league.

We were very sorry to hear about your loss of Dr. Hobbs. Please accept our heartfelt condolences during this difficult time.

Prayers to the family. Dr Hobbs helped us at Insight EyeCare years ago.

My deepest sympathy for the loss of a great guy! I worked with Dr. Hobbs for 2 1/2 years at Lens Crafters. One year he was my Secret Santa. He left little gifts in my locker every week leading up to Christmas. I always felt like he was on my side when we had hard days at work. He also taught me so much about optometry and I appreciated all that he did for me. He will be missed by so many.

Kelly, As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of God, family and friends. Growing up at church with Tommy was a pleasure and he will be deeply missed. Sending love to you, Phil, Terry and Timmy. Sandy Scribner/Burke

Kelly, my heart goes out to you and your family. May your happy memories outweigh the sadness that you are going through. I was very fortunate to have known Tom and work with him for such a long time. Although the years of life are great, it's the way of life that makes the difference. Don't know how many times we had that discussion. He was always joking, passionate, caring, but never afraid to stand up for what he thought was right. He shared his faith, his wisdom many opinions and...
