With the deepest of sympathy from the Comer and Miller families. Tom was a wonderful person that was compassionate to his students and always positive. He always had a kind word and a smile whenever we spoke...on the field and at church. We will all miss him. Sending prayers to the entire family....know that many care and love you all. xoxo Blessings.

Tom was a man of few words, but of quiet strength and utter devotion to his family, his friends, his athletes and his students. I had the honor of teaching alongside him for many years and was blessed to be his friend.

Georgia, Brett, Chad, and your families--you were his world; the love with which he spoke of all you cannot be described in words. The way he lit up talking about all of you is something I will always remember.

My prayer for you is that God will wrap His loving...

My prayers and best wishes are for Tom's entire family. After I retired, I got to know Tom and Georgia as neighbors down the shore where we both bought bungalows. Much more relaxing then our time teaching science at Hammarskjold. Watching him play in the ocean with his grand daughter was precious. Rest in peace, Tom.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Georgia, Bett,Chad. and family. I was so saddened over this news. We have some great memories of Tom mostly on the sidelines of our children's games which we will always cherish. May you all find the strength to heal from this. He is now another angel watching over all of you. Look for his signs to know his is close by. May god bless your family during this difficult time. The Forte's

Tom was a remarkable man in a most quiet, unassuming way. To know him was to love him. He had endless patience for anyone who needed him. Always interested in what was good for those around him, he willingly gave his time and energy to us. And we were all so lucky to have him in our lives.

I am so very sorry for your loss, Georgia, Brett, and Chad. I pray that God's gentle mercy will bring you peace, comfort, and the courage to face the lonely days ahead. I know you will find strength...

I am so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. I worked with Tom from 1984 to 2011, when he retired from Hammarskjold M.S. We had many conversations over the years and he always got me with his his dry sense of humor. Tom was a very kind and gentle man who truly cared. May God bless him and grant his family peace of mind.

With My Deepest Sympathy,

So sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Hock. Condolences to the entire family. Mr. Hock was a great man, teacher and friend. At the age of 13, having him for science class & playing in the Hammarskjold sports club after our other sports was such great fun. He was the coach for a lot of us through America Legion ball to 19. Just great memories of those time when life was so much better. Please know that he will live on in all of his students. Sending my love to the family during this difficult...

I am truly sorry for the loss of your father and husband. I grew up around the corner and went to school with Brett. I enjoyed all of my interactions with your family, though it has been over 20 years since. My deepest condolences to you and your loved ones.
