Survived by his wife of 33 years Kayellen (nee Weiland), son Tom Jr. (Debbie), grandchildren Molly and Tommy, a sister and two brothers. Tom worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wisconsin for 37 years and has enjoyed his last 10 years of retirement. Private services were held.
