Not sure what to say?

Tom had a massive impact on my world. He not only lead investments and provided guidance in 3 of the companies I founded or was involved in. He also became a co:evangelist for the technologies we were creating. Without Tom, his insights, capital and connections, there are a bunch of startups that would be roadkill at this juncture. I still remember his sly smile and knowing wink when you did something he liked. And his fatherly insights when you were in need of just that. A true gentleman...

14 years after Tom´s passing, he is still a strong beacon for so much good in this world - his spirit and leadership continue to inspire me - PAX

Gosh, seeing this message pop up again, is like the good Lord sending a wake up call to us all - so much nasty stuff going on in the world now, and yet here is this reminder of a life so well lived and an example of what our future looks like if enough of our young people strive to live there lives as Tom did - Thanks for everything Tom & having lost touch with a lot of Portland happenings, sincere hopes that your extended family are all doing well

We didn't find out about Tom until after his passing & the Memorial Service.Tom was a class act for all of us to follow. Tom, you will truly be missed. My prayers go out to Kent, Tonya & the rest of the family.
I Love You Tom!

It was a pleasure working for Tom and Joyce in the early days of Kentrox. The world has lost a truly fine gentleman who gave everyone a truly high standard to try to live up to and treated everyone with the utmost respect. Tom always answered questions, even if it delt with things that didn't go as planned which often teaches more than the success stories.
Our condolences and prayers go to his family and associates. If anyone "did it right," it is Tom Holce.

We are saddened at the loss of a good and great friend. Condolences to the family from Earl and Mary Thorsfeldt

I was saddened by Tom's beaming smile jump out at me from Tuesday's Oregonian Obituary. The entire community will miss Tom and his wonderful energetic and can do attitude - I so enjoyed all of my interactions with Tom and benefited from his wisdom and counsel on more then one occassion. My prayerful warmest thoughts and positive energy flow to his wife and family during this time, but know they are at peace with all the wonderful memories and good times - hugs to all - Jim Berchtold

Tom was a wonderful, thoughtful man.We will all miss his fantastic smile.
My prayers are with his family.

My thoughts & prayers go out to all of Tom's family. Although he may have had many professional accomplishments, know that he affected many personal lives in showing how to do the right things in business & how to treat others. Will always remember his positive attitude and smile.
