Died Nov. 17, 2009 Thomas Joseph "Joe" Holcombe, 77, of Joppa died Tuesday. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Little Vine P.B. Church with burial in Ryan Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Gober Funeral Chapel.
