Read MoreBill was always pleasant and cheerful when I saw him at the Physics Dept at Miami. Since then, my husband and I chatted with him when we ran into each other around town. I´m sorry to hear of his death - he was a light shining out to others. We will miss him.

Mary Sue, Katie and family I was sorry to hear of the loss of Bill. He was so pivotal in OSDT history and very helpful to me as I became an official for HS swim and dive. While at Miami, he was such a good friend to my father Charley and mom Helen. I´ll remember his belly laugh, his no nonsense attitude when needed, and ability to help me understand physics Thoughts love and prayers to you all.
