Sammy Sortino.

Thomas was the kindest and most caring soul that I ever knew and I was proud to call him my friend. I live in the same apartment building that Tommy lived in. He will be greatly missed by many people that live here, who's lives he touched.

To the Howells Family,
I was young Tommy's teacher when he attended Ada B. Cheston Elementary school. I always found Tom Howell to be a loving and caring father who only wanted the best for his children. He always was part of Tom's education. My prayers go out to the entire family.
Kirk Hawk
