Fly high up there Friend!

RIP buddy! Tom and I did the first Bluegrass show on WAMU together. Tom was a very, very good friend in many ways. My condolences to the family and friends of Tom.

Tom and I met when we were students at American University in '58/'59, and remained friends all these past 50+ years. We talked every month or so, keeping up to date with each other's lives, and I will miss those phone calls terribly. My heart goes out to his children, to Beth, and to his wonderful large extended family. His legacy will live on in each of you!

You must be very proud of your brother. Thanks so much for sharing. Wish I had met him and heard more about his broadcast career.

So sorry for your loss. May the fond memories you have of him help to ease the pain. Grief can be so hard, but the love of family and friends help us through it. May God comfort all of you in this time of sorrow. 2 Cor 1:4

Uncle Tom kept his Deputy Dog costume in Nana's basement for longest time. Not sure where it ended up :) We were close and I shall miss him like the good friend he was to me, with great fondness!

Uncle Tom lives on in our hearts.
