ROCKTON, IL - Thomas "Tom" Earl Jelinek, 68, of Rockton, IL passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, early morning of Wednesday, November 8, 2023 after a tough and brave battle with leukemia.
A memorial visitation for Tom will take place at Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 N. Alpine Rd., Machesney Park, IL 61115 on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 PM.
